It Isn’t One Size Fits All...
We embrace a "mixed philosophy" in Early Childhood Education. While methods like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and other philosophies are excellent, we believe combining these approaches create something even greater. Just as we celebrate the uniqueness of each child, we honor their diverse learning styles and individual needs. Children develop at different rates, across various domains, and a mixed philosophy lets us create a rich, diverse learning environment.
Founder
Elle is the heart behind Tomlinson Family Child Care, now expanding to include preschool-aged children at Little Ones Preschool. She creates a warm, safe space where children can learn and grow. With deep knowledge of Early Childhood Development, Elle reassures families—especially first-timers—through her creativity and genuine care. Teaching independence, problem-solving, and even American Sign Language, Elle sees each child as family and builds a community where children feel safe, loved, and supported. Her dedication to each child's growth makes Little Ones Preschool a trusted place for families.
